We miss our Daddy!

Hey, this is Jupiter.... Bouncer likes to hog the keyboard (and the pool and the Tug 'O Tire and every other rope toy....the list goes on and on.... since he's the first born, I guess he can't help it...) so I haven't had much time to get on here! Anyway, I just want everybody to know that we miss our Daddy very much! We've tried sleeping with the male feeder, but it's just not the same! For one thing, the male feeder SNORES! A lot! Why, we can't get a decent night's sleep at all!!! Only 19 more days until a good night's sleep....... aaaaaaahhhhhhh.....

Signed,
Jupiter

Pool par-tay!

I'm just staying cool in the pool!! Nobody else wants to swim with me for some reason!! They sneak over and take a sip every now and then, because we all know nothing tastes better than fresh (well, maybe not totally fresh) pool water.... YUM!!!

Little White Rat loves to tug!

Whew... another hot day in paradise!! As you can see by the videos, I am enjoying my own personal pool and getting a good cardio work out with Annie! I accidentally almost threw her through the basement window, so the feeders made us stop playing with the Tug 'O Tire!

Other than the heat, not much is going on today. Well, except for the maggot incident. The female feeder went to fetch the garbage can from the end of the driveway and let out a big ol' shriek! Seems big ol' plump white maggots had taken up residence in the garbage can over the past week, and they were trying to establish a relationship with her! It was pretty funny, but I didn't laugh too hard, because she gives out good chicken strip treats several times a day! What is it I've always heard.... don't bite the hand that feeds ya??

Jupiter is either trying to escape paradise (surely not) or dig a hole to China.... or something magnificent is living just on the other side of the fence by the treeline. Hmmmm.... I've not seen any Tug 'O Tires over there ... or any rawhides.... so I don't know what could keep him so occupied 8-10 hours a day! The male feeder said something about cutting Jup's paws off, but surely he was jesting.... our Papa is the surgeon, not the male feeder!

Ok, let's see if I can get the video loaded... sorry there isn't much of Jupiter on here... not that I'm a camera ham or anything, the female feeder just thinks I am funny for some reason!!!

Our Papa is Gone to Ghana!

Our Papa has been gone to Ghana for a week now! We miss him a lot and can't wait for him to get back! In the meantime, we have learned to adjust to our new surroundings! We are currently living with 5 other fur-covered varmints named Speck (the evil one), Lucky (the dodo bird), chappy (the cool dude), Quizzy (the airhead) and Annie (the new kid on the block)... oh yea, the and female feeders live here, too!

Let's see... where do we begin... well, the feeders are doing a good job at keeping those aforementioned varmints away frum us while we are eating! Speck is really bossy and doesn't like anybody to even look at him while he's eating... sheesh!! Quizzy wants to eat everybody's food, and uh, well, you can tell that she gets away with it quite a bit!!

Somebody had a little accident in the floor one night and based upon the amount of wetness (not much!), we think it was probably the little white rat named Annie. She's not really a rat, but she's so little (Jack Russell, ya know..... ) she just sort of gets tangled up in our legs most of the time! She gets really mad when that happens, too! As a matter face, her white fur is currently a tad green because she got caught up in our game of tag on freshly cut grass last night... and yep, you guessed it, she mostly just rolled around the yard between our feet.... actually now that we think about it, she was sort of like a croquet ball and we were the mallets... oops!!!

Anyway, when Annie gets mad at us, she goes straight for the jugular! We don't particularly like that and we are trying to be good guests, so we haven't fought back yet! not much anyway! Mostly we just try to sling her off, in a nice way, of course!!

OK, we are off to chase birds, chase each other and maybe talk the female feeder into taking us out into the field.... heh heh heh.......
